I found these recipes on allrecipes.com:
Banana Bread
2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup butter softened 3/4 cups brown sugar 2 eggs beaten 2 1/2 cups mashed banana ( I used 3 whole)
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x5 pan. In a large bowl combine flour, banking soda and salt. In a medium bowl cream butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and banana till well blended Pour Banana mix into flour mix stir until just moist. Bake 60-65 min. Done when toothpick comes out clean.
Old Fashioned Pancakes
1 1/2 cups flour 3 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp sugar 1 1/4 milk 1 egg 3 tbsp melted butter *I added some vanilla and extra sugar to counter act the baking powder taste*
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, make a well in the center and pour in the wet ingredients, mix well. Make pancakes as normal!
