Posts have been few and far between. And I only reported on the Heath Ledger thing because I had NOTHING to tell y'all.
Lets see since we have last spoken I have (in no order)
- Been Apartment Hunting
- Made homemade bubbles
- colored
- drawn
- read oodles of kid and grown up books
- played
- tried to pretend my name isn't Mom
- laughed
- hugged
- comforted a lonely 5 year old who misses her friends
- Made my own Sourdough starter
- Made sourdough bread bowls
- Made a 100% from scratch Greek dinner including Chicken Gyros, Tzatziki sauce, Spankopita (Greek Spinach Pie), Greek Style Potatoes, Greek Avgolemono Chicken Soup, Baklava. I did try to make pita's but they turned out awful so that ended up store bought, next time I'll make them a day ahead when I can pay more attention to them. And it was mmmm mmmm good!
- Made French Bread
- Made White Bread
So that's it.
