Note on the house. They won't look at my bid untill I have a pre-approval letter. So I'm kind of running full speed in one place right now. I'm trying to find someone who knows what the Fraggle Rock they are doing. Hopefully I will get pre-approved soon. Cause hot damned they droped the price of the house again. Now it's below 90,000. |

| Oh holy night.... |
I put a bid in for that house. And now I am freaking out.
Good news Aunt Debbie and Matt brought Wally (Matt's brother) and they looked at the house. There is no foundation problem. They pulled up the carpet to look at the concrete, the cracks in the ceiling are just settlement cracks. And that since there is a lawsuit against the people who made the sidings of the house we may be able to get that replaced for free (big maybe). But other than the wood rot, minor cosmetics and deep cleaning the house has a clean bill of health. I really really really want this house.
I took some pics of the house and of Gabby over the weekend and if Manda's puter hasn't died died I should have pics up soon. If not it will be a bit :)
